Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping the WMBC Marketplace! We want you to be pleased with your purchase.

Because many of our items are made to order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selections, changes of mind, or buyer preference. Please review product descriptions and size guides carefully before placing your order.

We will make it right if:

• Your item arrives damaged or defective.
• You receive the wrong item or size from what you ordered.
• There is a printing or production error.
• Your order is confirmed lost in transit.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and, when applicable, photos showing the issue. For packages that have not arrived, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Approved claims may be replaced or refunded, depending on the circumstances. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear after processing.

Please note: Shipping charges are generally nonrefundable unless the refund results from an error with your order.
